At Meander Therapy, we understand that to suffer is to be human. We know the hurt that can come from such challenging experiences, and how to transform suffering to safely experiencing. As we do so, allowing movement toward developing a life filled with greater meaning and purpose.
Sometimes we can become immobilised and feel pushed around by our inner experience (unwanted thoughts and feelings). While these inner experiences are normal, they can become problematic as we begin to perceive them as bad or dangerous or threatening. If this is true for you, you can learn to relate to these experiences differently. At Meander Therapy we focus on supporting you to build a safe and healthy relationship with yourself, your inner experience and others.
Here at Meander Therapy we can help you to:
Regain control of your life
Develop insight into your inner experiences and their important role
Confidently step into challenges
Experience self-acceptance and personal empowerment
Develop and maintain healthy and connected relationships with yourself and others
